The other day, I was on the phone with a Christian man who has been suffering for many years with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I shared with him my own journey with OCD, I encouraged and prayed with him.
2 to 3% of the world’s population suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
OCD is sometimes mentioned in the media but hardly ever in the Church.
It took me 30 years before I was able to share about my struggles.
I now talk about it whenever I have the opportunity, knowing that there might be someone out there who is also battling with it.
