It was 7. 30am when I left my house last Sunday to pick up my friends Marc, Sam and Lisa and drive to ‘Vie Chrétienne’ Church in the town of St Dié Des Vosges.
We got to the meeting extremely late (why did Waze take us all the way to Strasbourg!) but just in time to catch my breath before I went up to the stage.
I invited Marc to share briefly ‘One Minute Witness’, a great tool to share Christ to others, then I preached the Word.
It was only after the service that I got to meet Pastor Serge and his wife Fabienne.
The 4 of us were invented for lunch to their nice home in the countryside. We finished the meal at 5. 30pm!
Not only Pastor Serge is a big fan of Elvis Presley, but he has his voice too! He sat down at the piano and blessed us some of Elvis’ great Gospel hits: ‘ How Great Thou Art’ and ‘ He touched me’.
