Being inside these past weeks due to the lockdown got me to read a lot.
I’ve been reading some very inspiring and uplifting books:
” Birthing the Miraculous” from Roland and Heidi Baker, ‘out of this world’ missionaries serving among the poorest of the poor in Mozambique. A book full of powerful stories and key principles of the Kingdom.
” Making Jesus Lord” from YWAM founder Loren Cunningham opened my eyes to the dynamic power of laying down our rights.
” Dans les coulisses d’un miracle”, the biography of Swiss friend Jean-Luc Traschel. How Jesus called him into His service. After a two-year painful ‘ burn- out’ experience God sent him out again into the deep end of world evangelism.
” Betrayed”. That was the stunned reaction of Stan Telchin, a successful Jewish businessman, when his daughter rang him up to say she had met Jesus the Messiah. An old but refreshing story!
I must confess that I also got to pick up some good French Comic books from my nephew’s library! Nothing beats a Comic when you need to relax…
