IN DUNKIRK, THEY SAY YES TO JESUS

Last Sunday for the last time before another lockdown in France, a number of churches were still open.
I took the train on Saturday for Dunkirk on the North Sea Coast.
At the morning service I was surprised to see so many people inside the Assembly of God church.
At the end of my message I gave an invitation for those who had never yet opened the door of their house and their heart to Jesus. Several hands went up across the building.
At the end of the meeting a man came up to me and said: ‘ Today I opened the door and invited Christ in my house. I then closed the door as I don’t want him to ever leave.’
The afternoon before taking the train again, I met up for a time to talk about future media projects with the 4 pastors of the area.
