After Lausanne in 1974, Manilla in 1989, Cape Town in 2010, the 4th Congress for World Evangelization is being held this week in Seoul.
The vision of the Lausanne movement that Billy Graham launched 50 years ago is to see ‘the gospel for every person, disciple-making churches for every people and place, Christ-like leaders for every church and sector, and kingdom impact in every sphere of society’.
More than 5000 participants on site from 202 countries and 5000 more online have come together to network, pray and strategize to see the world reached with the message of the Gospel.
Never in the history of the Church has there been evangelical leaders from so many different countries under the same roof!
The theme for this 2024 Gathering is: ‘Let the Church Declare and Display Christ Together.’
Pray for God’s anointing upon each plenary session and each table group discussion.
