The Weekly Update – April 28, 2025
Yukki’s parents have come for a few days the Auvergne region.
They have enjoyed going to the Gour de Tazenat (a perfect circle lake born from a crater) , the Opera of Vichy, the summit of the Puy de Dome volcano…
Sunday, we took part in the joint worship service of the Vichy and Gannat Assemblies of God.
Two teenage girls confessed their faith in Jesus by going into the waters of baptism and, at the end of the sermon, over 15 people expressed their desire, like the son of the widow of Nain, to rise from their spiritual coffin!
Some of those who turned to Jesus are from the family of one those who got baptized.
Conversion is a resurrection. Baptism is the public witness to this resurrection.
At the end of the meeting, as we sat at the exit door signing books, a lady and her daughter came to our table. All smiles, they announced boldly, “This morning, at the invitation, we both left our coffin!”
