It’s at 15 years of age that Mady Vaillant gives her life to Christ after reading the biography of Mary Slessor.
In 1961 she joins WEC for West Africa.
For 30 years in Burkina Faso, the amazing woman of God dedicates her time and energy to the Lobi and the Birifor peoples before moving into a wider role across Africa.
I met Mady for the first time in 2001 when she came back definitively from the mission field.
The few times I went to visit Mady at her home in Alsace I left blessed and inspired.
This year in March, Mady went to be with the Lord.
Last Sunday I joined at the Good News Church in Mulhouse, dozens of believers to thank the Lord for the life of Miss Vaillant.
WEC missionary Dil Roderick who had worked alongside Mady gave a wonderful tribute of her ministry.
May God raise many more men and women with the dedication of Mady to reach out to many unreached peoples of the world.
