The Weekly Update – April 7, 2026
We’ve observed an interesting phenomenon—an observation that proves true every single time:
Every time we share our faith with someone, a sense of joy fills our hearts right afterward. Every time.
Even if we hesitate a little at the start of the conversation, if we’re not always sure how to go about it… once we’ve talked about Jesus, there’s a feeling of joy. A feeling that sometimes lasts for hours.
So we asked ourselves: “What if the key to joy—which we’re all seeking—lies right there?”
Besides, when I share the Gospel with a stranger, it’s always a win-win: on one hand, that person wins by hearing the Gospel, and I win because of the joy that sharing it has brought.
The other day, we were at a restaurant. At the end of the meal, we gave the young server a copy of the Gospel of Luke. His whole face lit up. “Wow! That’s so nice! Thank you,” he said. “My fiancée just told me I needed to read the Bible!”
Can you guess what was the one big feeling we felt as we left the restaurant?
