The Weekly Update – 13 – 04 – 2026
Every two months, in Vichy, ‘Le Cercle des Proclamateurs’ meets.
Last Saturday, we gathered for the entire day to be “equipped to preach more effectively.”
We welcomed new students, some of whom travelled all the way from Paris.
A lesson in the morning, a second one in the afternoon, practical exercises, times of sharing and prayer, and closing remarks from Ivan, who reminded us that “a proclaimer is someone who, like John the Baptist, does not point to themselves but always to Jesus, the Lamb of God.”
The next day, participants joined the worship service at the CEP church. Some stayed for lunch to celebrate the pastor’s wife’s 80th birthday.
Have you heard of the Global Evangelist Alliance ? It’s an international network of evangelists that meets on Zoom every month. An opportunity to be taught by internationally renowned speakers. While most of them often preach in stadiums, they also dedicate their time to encouraging and inspiring other preachers of the Gospel. These online meetings (an hour and a half) are free.
