The Paton family announces that Matthew Paton has gone home to be with Jesus, at the age of 88.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Born in Scotland, Matthew came to know Christ when he was 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 1965, he joined the WEC mission to serve God in France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A tireless evangelist and missionary, Matthew devoted 60 years to the proclamation of the Gospel. Throughout his ministry, he helped establish several churches while collaborating with other Christian communities in Auvergne, Picardy, and Northen France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He never ceased throughout his life to share the message of God\u2019s love with as many people as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A celebration will be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (French time) at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
