The landscape was covered in a thin layer of snow\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is there, not far from the town of La Chaise-Dieu, a major Catholic site (where a pope is buried), that Samuel and Anne live. This French retired couple has transformed a barn into a magnificent place of worship. Years ago, they left Paris to establish a congregation in a corner of the Auvergne region where evangelical Christians are few.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There were 12 of us the next day for the service. Some came from far away.
