When God steps in at the last minute

Last Saturday when I arrived in Alsace (Eastern France), I was exhausted from a cold I had been struggling with for days and with severe headaches. I could not stop sneezing.

Pastor Samuel de Morais and his wife warmly welcomed me to their home where I could rest in a bedroom before the Inspiration Youth Event at their church that night.

I was so tired that I wondered if I would be OK to speak at the meeting. I called my parents. they prayed on the phone (as we always do when we call each other). At that moment I started feeling better. I walked into the Rixheim Evangelical Church with new strength. The evening went well; in 3 parts: Artists and talents, Talk show and a Stand up (challenge for mission).

Some mission agencies had a table at the back to help the youth interested in going out for short term of long-term mission.

We left the church building at 11. 15 pm.

The following morning, I was back in the church to preach. (18th November: One year exactly since I flew out from Cambodia)

When I took the train to head back to Chalon sur Saone I was grateful to God for another good time ministering.

This week-end I’ll be in Dijon for the last lap of the Inspiration Tour.
